How did you contribute to your organization’s growth? Brought additional clarity, definition, focus and execution to the strategic needs of the business.

Give us an example of your leadership ability. Led the re-building of a major operating division in the company – strategy, structure and talent

What civic organizations are you involved with and how do you serve them? Nonprofits: I volunteer with Raleigh team of Canine Assistants; its mission is to “increase awareness and educate children and adults, about service dogs and the amazing ways in which they assist people who have physical disabilities, seizures or other special needs.” I support events that raise funds to sponsor service dogs for Carolinians on the waiting list.

Who would you consider as your mentor? Father – building character and behavior

What are some of your favorite activities outside of work? Spending time with family; fly fishing; golf and bird hunting
