After leaving Wachovia in June, 1966, my career took several paths.  Based on my experiences, I wrote many articles and a few books.  (The Great Moonpie Handbook is my only published book)

In 1985, I published The Great Moonpie Handbook.............the 2nd editon was published in 2010.  It tells the world about the noble traditions, vast folklore, and honorable customs associated with the Noble Snack.

AFTER THE MOON PIE HANDBOOK WAS PUBLISHED , WE NEEDED ANOTHER GREAT INTELLECTUAL CHALLENGE TO KEEP SOME FUN AND HUMOR IN THE OFFICE AT BURROUGHS CORPORATION.  I SUGGESTED THAT WE INVENT A NEW RESTAURANT WITH A NEW THEME.  THE RESULT WAS THE "POSSUM PALACE CAFE."    THE MENU , THE POSSUM UPDATE, AND NOTES ABOUT PRINTING THE MENU ARE ATTACHED below:
