I worked for Wachovia 24 years, December 1983-February 2008. Most of my career was in Risk Management type roles and had assignments in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Columbia and Atlanta. Retired from Wachovia February 2008 and joined Capital One in NYC. Worked for the Commercial Bank of Capital One for 5 years as head of Credit Administration. In this role was accountable for underwriting, portfolio management, loan administration and contingency planning for the businesses that fell under the Commercial Bank. Retired from Capital One April 2013. Returned to work as Chief Credit Officer for BankUnited. Resumed retirement in April 2018.
