Ann Kirkman - Author

 Dec 3, 2014: Ann Kirkman worked for Wachovia  from 1955-1963 - helping Dick Anderson set up the bank's travel department.  In 1963, Dick bought the agency from Wachovia, and opened  Dick Anderson Travel Agency. Ann went to work for Dick's agency.     She  spent 50+ years in the travel industry.   For the past 3 1/2 to 4 years, Ann has been writing her book - and is excited about the late Nov. 2014 release.   The book contains the history of Wachovia's travel area -- and also references many Forsyth County area residents.   (the book cover as shown above -- that's Ann at her Wachovia desk)  .
