I worked with Jane over the years and particularly when she managed the FX area. I was a new international loan administration officer and knew nothing about FX and Jane was very patient and kind to me. I used to love watching her work the phones (squawk box) and was amazed at her ability to know our position in every currency at all times. She always had the best interests of the customer and the bank at the forefront. She was a smart, gracious woman who will be sorely missed.
