I was saddened to hear of Carlita's passing. She was a dedicated Wachovian and a good friend to many. I remember her most for the later years of her service, leading the Ooerations Management Traning Program. She helped mold a tremendous number of college graduates into successful Wachovia employees. Rest in peace old friend.

Carlita always seemed to be in good spirits - laughing, positive, and caring - a pleasure and a joy to know. As the leader of our Management Training program, she mentored, nurtured and encouraged dozens of young people who would go on to make significant contributions to the company. She was a highly respected colleague, a wise counselor and a friend to us all.

Drake & Traci, So sorry to hear about Carlita. She was a great person & friend. Everyone respected her & enjoyed being around here. Our little gang had a wonderful time going to the Beach together & taking the Van to Burlington Christmas Shopping. She will be dearly missed by a lot of friends & co-workers. So sorry I didn't make it to Carlita's Service.

I am so sad to hear of Carlita's passing. She was truly a wonderful lady, boss and friend. She was one of my first supervisors/managers and I still to this day I think about and remember the things she taught us. She was such a blessing to be around and a great role model for all of us. She will truly be missed.
