Debbie Finney (Noffsinger)
Hi this is Debra Noffsinger, I worked for Dee and Ricky Nicks when I fisrt came to the Bank at 18 years old.
Dee kind of took me under her wing and we had a very special bond with each other. When I went on our
sight I actually screamed out ..... I guess I thought she could die, but I realize everyone dies. Our bond grew
and she became one of my friends that I trusted in, she was a dear sweet LADY, she became like a
mother to me that is why I reacted like I did. We shopped together downtown we ate lunch together,
she helped me so much teaching me new things on my job, she helped everyone..... She was a hard worker
I love Dee and she will be missed in this world, but I know she is God's child and not our's to keep he is calling
her home now.
Donna Murray
I worked for Dee Humphrey for many years doing same day settlement with NCNB and First Union. I did the Due To accounts. Dee was a wonderful boss and good friend. When I took the job under Dee, I was so afraid of coming to a new department and she said, " My girls are sweet and they will like you." We were Dee's girls. Dee was such a warm and loving boss. I will never forget the story of the house break in, stories about the grandchildren, and children she would tell. The best cook ever also!! Dee was determined to give her girls the best Christmas Dinner ever. Dee opened her house and cooked a meal fit for a king from beginning to end for us several years in a row. I loved her coconut cake it was the best. The chocolate eclair cake was the bomb!!
I got to know Dee's family well and saw Randy no more than a year ago. I would never recoginze her grandchildren now but I know she is smiling down from above with the new great grands.
