Don Garver Hale
Sept 4, 1928 - June 3, 2005

Don died at his home on June 3, 2005 after a short illness.

Don was a graudated of West Va University , class of 1951.   He joined Wachovia in 1957 - starting his career in the data processing program.   As vice president of the bank, he completed a special assignment to the Bank of Kuwait & the Middle East .  In 1983, Don retired, moving to Beauford to pursue his passion for sailing, wooden boats and woodworking. He worked for the NC Maritime Museum.    In 1999, the Hales relcoated to Youngsville.
