Penny Wall Webb, 65, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Oct. 13, 2023.  She was born January 19, 1958 in Norfolk, Va to James Wall and Peggy Chambers Wall.   Penny did her best to faithfully serve the Lord.  Nana to all her grand and great grandchildren brought her tremendous joy.  Her favorite pastimes included time at the beach or lake, and reading a good book.

In addition to her parents, Penny was preceded in death by her brother, Skip Wall, and her sister, Vicki Hall.  Those left to treasure her memory are her beloved husband Dale, daughter Krista Wagoner (Scott); stepson Jody Webb (Ashleigh), stepdaughter Jamie Watkins (Josh), grandchildren Zoe and Saylor Wagoner and Bethney and Ethan Webb; great-grand children Weston, Novan, and Braylen; sisters Jennifer Shouse and Lisa Vaughan (Doug).
