INGRAM MATTHEWS - Stebbins Brokenborough Ingram June 24, 1933 - Feb. 27, 2012 Stebbins Brokenborough Ingram, of Matthews/ Weddington, passed February 27, 2012. He was born June 24, 1933 in Winston-Salem, NC the son of the late James Berkley Ingram, Sr. and Virginia Stebbins Ingram. Survivors are his wife Connie Lancaster Ingram, daughters Karen Stebbins Ingram, Brooklyn, NY, Virginia Carter Ingram, husband Ariel Cintr¢n Arias, Johnson City, TN and sister Virginia Stebbins Ingram, Clemmons, NC. Niece, Jane Berkley Ingram von Feilitzsch, Amissville, VA, husband Heribert and sons Fabian, Phillip and Mathias, preceded in death by his brother, James Berkley Ingram, Jr. A graduate of Davidson College, he served in the US Army Agency as a cryptography analyst. Highlights of his career include VP of Wachovia Corporation, President of Wachovia Services, forming Allied Financial Services, a data processing firm processing banks throughout NC, SC and VA, founding Director and President of The National Association of Bank Servicers, founding Ingram & Associates, Inc., and consulting with financial institutions throughout the US and Russia. He designed and developed a nationwide computer driven teller machine. He was an Elder of Siler Presbyterian Church and was active in organizations as a Board Member. Celebration of life will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 1, 2012, Siler Presbyterian Church in Wesley Chapel. Visitation in the family home will follow.
