Born on December 26, 1915 in Winston-Salem N.C. she was born to the late Early A. Bovender and Betty Sue Philpott Bovender. Her husband, Dr. Ellsworth L. Lindley of Cedar Rapids, Iowa preceded her in death. Surviving are daughters Susan L. Horton of Winston-Salem and Dixie L. Lindley of Honolulu, Hawaii. No services are planned at this time.
