Kay Ebersole Snyder ,                August 29, 1935 - September 26, 2015

Mrs. Kay Ebersole Snyder, 80, of Winston-Salem, died on September 26, 2015 at Forsyth Medical Center. Her Husband, Joe H. Snyder, preceded her in death. Survivors include son David and his wife Ann of Yadkinvile, NC, and son Mark of Winston-Salem, NC. Her remains will be cremated. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Trinity Glen Nursing Home, 849 Waterworks Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27101 or to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society at 2211 West Meadowview Road, Greensboro, NC 27407. The Family wishes to thank the staff of the Palliative Care Unit at Forsyth Medical Center for their care and loving support. Additionally, the family wishes to thank the staff at Trinity Glen Nursing Home for the special care given to Kay during her time at the home.
