Mrs. Gladys Lorine Davis Wagner, 82, widow of Robert E. (Eddie) Wagner, died Saturday morning, March 8, 2008 at the WFU/Baptist Medical Center. Mrs. Wagner was born in Winston-Salem, May 8, 1925 to Luther S. and Pearl Chandler Davis, Sr. She was a member of First Alliance Church and retired from Wachovia Bank after 49 years of service. Mrs. Wagner was preceded in death by two sisters, Lucille King and Virginia Sparkman and one brother, Luther S. (Bud) Davis, Jr. Surviving are one sister and brother in law, Doris and Bill Schultz, Greensboro, one sister in law, Murielene Davis, Winston-Salem, four nieces, Carolyn Long and husband Doug, Frances Shields, Ann Brafford, Jean Gibson and husband Scott, and three nephews, Ronald W. Davis and wife Patsy, James D. (Jim) Davis, Richard M. (Rick) Davis and wife Mary Jane.
