Lori Kristine "Kris" Buford, 52, of Spencer, passed away Sunday, Jan. 7, 2018 at her residence. Kris was born Aug. 2, 1965 in Rowan County to the late Robert W. and Carolyn Jackson Hunter. A graduate of East Rowan High School and Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, she was a Trust Advisor with Wells-Fargo Bank. Kris was a member of Spencer Presbyterian Church where she was an Elder, choir member, and active in the Women's groups.  

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband John, a brother, Phillip Hunter (Tina) of Statesville.
